The Dispatch is a PTA-funded newsletter produced every two weeks by PTA volunteers. The Dispatch contains information about Duveneck, PTA, school district, and community events. Our principal writes an introduction for every publication. It is a great way to find out what is going on and what will be going on at school and beyond.
Beginning in the Fall of 2008, you can now up to recieve the Dispatch online (the eDispatch). Rather than have this valuable newsletter get lost in your child's backpack, reduce your carbon footprint and help us to reduce our expenses by signing up to receive the Dispatch online!
You may also find an online edition (linked by publication
date below) which is identical to the printed version, however it does
not contain children's photographs or phone numbers of individuals.
To submit items to the Dispatch,
please include your name and phone number and either e-mail
them to the editor (Emily Grant-Gould) at dispatch@duveneck.org
or place them in the Dispatch mailbox in the school
office. Submissions should be pasted in the body of the e-mail
and attached. Images may also be attached and may be in any format. The deadline for article
submissions is usually 2:15 on Fridays, unless noted below. PTA guidelines prohibit the publication of opinions. Information is provided as a community service--the mention of any business service or organization does not imply endorsement by Duveneck, the PTA or the Palo Alto Unified School District.
